RESTAURANTS

La Pizza & La Pasta
The eatery lined with windows facing Balmuto Street, with room for 157 guests, features two concepts.
At one end stands a vast counter where signatures pastas - both in-house fresh; and bronze extruded dry, imported from Gragnano) - are served with seasonal ingredients.
At the other, Rossopomodoro Pizzaioli (pizza makers) adhere to strict Neapolitan techniques: dough must rise for for at least 24 hours, crust must be “tall and tender,” and the ingredients “should display the bounty of the Mediterranean.” Pizzas take just 90 seconds to cook in the shimmering gold-tinged wood-burning ovens.
Open daily 11am-11pm.
La Piazza
Boasting rich amber hues, the restaurant with bar set center stage has a jewel-like quality - and room for 120 guests.
Menu items include “traditional bites inspired by the various regions of Italy,” such as fresh housemade mozzarella, shareable salumi and cheese plates, and Pizza al Padellino – a small, round Torino-style pizza served in padellino pans.
Open daily 11:30-11pm. Tables are available first-come, first-served.
La Pescheria
Peruse the responsibly sourced seafood by local purveyor Diana’s Seafood at the counter on your way into the 47-seater looking onto Bloor and Bay.

Look to the chalkboards for daily offerings, and shop the fishmonger counter on your way out.
