The weather has been all over the map lately, which likely means your cravings are too. One minute you’re knee-deep in soups and casseroles, the next, you're cemented in your iced coffee/crisp salads era. (Shoutout to all the chefs navigating menus and seasonal ingredients right now.)

I gave you the head’s up on Cinnaholic becoming a part of Union Station a few weeks back. PSA: Today’s the day (65 Front St. W., Unit 408).
In the west end and need to pick up fresh produce and pantry essentials but want to avoid big box grocers? Head to Queen West’s new Fresh Fruit Bay between Ossington and Dovercourt (1050 Queen St. W.).
Attn North Yorkers: Got Bap Korean Rice Bowl softly opens at Yonge and Sheppard (4895 Yonge St.) tomorrow.
Did your commute just get a little easier? Isabella’s Mochi Donut continues its expansion across the 6ix with a pop-up at Union Station’s Union Market (55 Front St. W., Lower Level).
Mean Bao has been moving and shaking lately. Starting Monday, find their signature dumplings, baos, and bowls in Vaughan at Kitchen Hub Food Hall tucked inside Longo’s supermarket (2810 Major MacKenzie Dr. W.).
Minami Sushi’s first Toronto eatery just touched down at Yonge & Finch (28 Finch Ave. W.). FYI: Want to catch their robot server ‘Nami’ in action? Head to their Aurora location.
Fresh juices, smoothies and snacks have arrived at Oakwood and Eglinton, courtesy of Natural Flava’s Juice Bar (1657 Eglinton Ave. W.).
I told you Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality (O&B) was far from being done. Queen’s Cross Food Hall kicks off Wednesday across a staggering 19,0000 sq. ft. at CF Toronto Eaton Centre’s south end (220 Yonge St., Lower Level). Discover 13 food stalls, some of which you may remember from O&B-stocked One York Food Hall at Shops at One York that debuted earlier this year - Babel Hummus Bar, Beauty’s Fried Chicken, Captain Neon Sushi & Bowls, Curryosity, Garden Variety, Gil’s Fish & Chipperie, Happy Tangle, Leña Restaurante’s little sister Lala’s Cantina, Le Petit Cornichon à la Maison Selby, Libretto Slice Shop, Red Sauce, Swanky Burger, and Underground Sandwich - with additional rotating pop-up concepts (currently Craig’s Cookies and R&D offshoot Lil Rebel*) and all-day cafe/bar Crossbar. *TR Tipoff: Chefs Eric Chong and Alvin Leung launched R&D nine years ago and are teaming up again for their Asian fine dining restaurant aKin, slated to launch this summer in the St. Lawrence ‘hood (51 Colborne St.).
Sammi (862 Danforth Ave.) softly opens Saturday. What to expect? HK style brekkie, bowls, toasts and sandwiches in Riverside Kitchen’s former digs at Danforth and Jones.
