Chefs for Change – Great food, great cause starting Jan 21
Over the next three months Chefs for Change hosts five epic themed dinners - January 21 + 28, February 18 + 25, and March 3 - all created and curated by Canadian chefs.
Net profits from Chefs for Change will help Community Food Centres Canada to "support vibrant, food-focused organizations that bring people in low-income communities together to grow, cook, share, and advocate for healthy food for all."
You get so much more than just spectacular food on your plate. It’s an experience you won’t soon forget, and an opportunity to give to those in need.
The Mid-Winter's Feast series takes place on Thursdays at Propeller Coffee, with receptions at 6:30pm, dinner at 7pm.
Tickets are $125 (charitable tax receipt of $40 available) for a four-course meal prepared by some of our city and country’s best chefs, a fun cocktail by mixologist Sandy De Almeida, music by ¡DO! a deep grooving drums and organ duo, and some unexpected delights. Local wine, spirits and beer will be available for purchase as well.
