Open/Closed for the week August 31-Sept 6

Sneaking in before Labour Day, there are an impressive amount of openings and quite a few closings.

Now you’ve got plenty to do and one extra day this weekend to squeeze it all in.

Here’s the very latest:

This super swanky steakhouse opened just this Monday. Open daily at 4pm, you can enjoy Ontario, US Prime, American and Japanese Wagyu steaks. There are also a variety of fresh seafood selections, as well as duck confit, bison tenderloin and Australian rack of lamb. Drool.

The eleventh location of the epic burger chain – and the 4th this year alone - opens this Sat at 6pm, conveniently close to Yorkdale Mall.

Il Fresco

Nearby condo owners will appreciate the varied menu with offerings including a Caprese Omelette ($10), Grey Goose Penne ($13), Angus Striploin ($18), and Pizzas ($10-14).

685 Queen St. W.

This new South Asian tapas spot has an enticing menu including Ismaili Beef Curry ($14), Saffron Fish Stew ($13) and for dessert, Crispy Milk Pastry ($4.50) with milk, cardamom, almonds and rose petals. Swoon.

Triple A Bar
