Best Toronto Restaurants in Yorkville

Toronto is made up of unique, fascinating neighbourhoods, so it’s time we paid homage to them. Especially when it comes to dining out.

This week is all about the best restaurants in Yorkville.  And while they might be more expensive that your usual burger joint, it will be well worth it.

Cafe Boulud

60 Yorkville Ave.
Toronto, ON

The reboot of this restaurant is phenomenal. The room is sexy and warm and the food is exactly what this city needed – elegant, sophisticated French that is still approachable.

And good size portions too, so you don’t have to go out for dinner after dinner like at some places.

Sotto Sotto Ristorante

120 Avenue Rd.
Toronto, ON

Some people think that this restaurant gets attention because of all the celebs that frequent it. Well, it doesn’t hurt that our own Drake loves the place to pieces or that stars like Robert DeNiro stop by when they’re in town.

But it’s about the homemade Italian dishes, and being made to feel that you are just as important a guest at the VIP over here and the politician over there.

You'll feel like family, even if it's your first visit.

The Oxley Public House Restaurant & Bar

121 Yorkville Ave.
Toronto, ON

This British gastro pub boasts fantastically dressed rooms (even the loo is gorge) as well as a fascinating menu. Once you go, you’ll want to return straight away.

After all, where else can you find Arctic Char with Lemon Sparrow Noodles & Fava Beans ($27), Red Prawns & Dumplings with English Peas ($18), and Mushroom Pithivier & Young Leaves ($19)?

Simple comfort food dishes such as Fish Pie ($24), Confit Duck & Potato Pie ($22), and Haddock & Chips ($19) stun as well.
