XXI Chophouse

Opening on Wednesday, this swanky new steakhouse - a new addition to the The Doctor’s House - is worth the trip outta town. I’ll have a closer look for you soon.

Crate
1402 Queen St. E.

Crate moves into the east side with a charming room and enticing menu. Part café, part tapas bar, Crate offers crafted cocktails, wine and coffees as well as a focused menu currently featuring items such as kale salad, fish tacos, and hamburger spring rolls. Stay tuned!

McRamyun
1 Baldwin St.

The superfun new McRamyun offers ramyun – Korean ramen – done in a variety of unusual ways – with tomato sauce, corn and cheese, wrapped around wings and poutine! 

Milky Way Ice Cream Parlour
1026 Queen St. E.

Milky Way inLeslieville is not just about ice cream. They’ve got baked goods including butter tarts, nanaimo bars, and cakes (recently Carrot, Tiramisu, Red Velvet and Chocolate Mousse made an appearance). That’s in addition to 27 flavours of Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream. With this recent heat wave, it couldn’t have come at a better time.

Bloor and Jane lucks out with a new Thai bakery making authentic sweets from scratch. One more reason to head to Bloor West Village!

Xola will be reopening this Wednesday at 5pm for dinner. They have a note posted to their front door thanking everyone for their support during their lengthy closure for renovations. Welcome back, Xola!
