Terroir Hospitality Symposium - May 12, 2014
Terroir is not only one of the city’s biggest food events; it’s also one of the most influential. And this year, its 8th, is no exception, with such esteemed guests/presenters as Chef Albert Adrià (Tickets & 41Ëš, Barcelona), Chef Daniel Boulud (Boulud, NYC and Café Boulud, Toronto) and Chef David Chang (Momofuku NYC and Toronto).
Canada holds it own with our very talented folks taking part, such as David MacMillan & Frédéric Morin (Joe Beef, Liverpool House & Vin Papillon, Montréal) and Toronto’s The Group of Seven Chefs.
This year’s theme is “Growing Ideas: community building and creative collaboration in the world of gastronomy.”
With guest curators Alessandro Porcelli (of Cook it Raw) and Ivy Knight, whom you might know from 86’d Mondays at The Drake Hotel, and a Potluck Lunch showcasing a collaboration between American and Canadian chefs, it is bound to be a most memorable day.
Tickets will go fast, so get them as soon as you can.
